Hundreds of windows are opened simultaneously and provide ventilation – an efficient and cost-saving air-conditioning system that cools the rooms down for the next day. During the day, jalousies regulate the temperate in the rooms. In case of direct solar irradiation, the jalousies are closed in order to maintain a cool room temperature.

Another advantage of next.system is that the dimensions of the respective building are particularly taken into account: The software is designed for big buildings. Thus, configurations can simply be copied and used for other areas. When the system is put into operation, several technicians work simultaneously on the same project.
